Education

2002-2006 Ph.D. from the Department of Relations at London School of Economics and Political Science. Doctoral dissertation: The Influence Domestic Pressure on Poland’s Negotiation Positions Towards EU Accession (1998–2003).

2000–2001 Chevening Programme, Oxford University, St Antony’s College, Department of Politics and International Relations, twelve-month Joseph Conrad Scholarship (British Council). Traineeship in the field of international relations.

1999–2000 LL.M. in comparative constitutional law, Legal Studies Department, Central European University, Budapest. Eleven-month graduate course held in English according to an American programme. The programme has been accredited in the USA.

1994–1999 LL.M. from the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Faculty of Law and Administration. Accelerated course of studies. Master’s dissertation: Activity of the OSCE in Bosnia and Herzegovina in 1995-1998.

since 2008 - lecturer in political marketing in Collegium Civitas.

since 1998 - an independent consultant; helping in preparing election strategies for candidates for deputy, senator, president and mayor.

2008 – 2009 - President of the Board of the Politikos Foundation for Political and Economic Education. Politikos promoted civic education and forms public elites (local governments, political elite, persons active in NGOs).

2006 – Chairman of the Board of the Sobieski Institute, one of the leading Polish centres for analysis and expert opinions (think tanks), which contributed to important projects for the government, government agencies, local governments, NGOs, and the private sector.

2004–2005 – Graduate Teaching Assistant, London School of Economics; led a seminar for students on analysis of foreign policy and foreign policy in practice.
